Incredible views, perfect breakfast. Great host running the hotel. We booked deluxe queen room for 1 night and had an enjoyable stay.

Next to a cable car station. Our room had a DELIGHTFUL view over the sea. Location was a few steps away from a valley and gardens. The best place to stay when in Lynmouth.
